Manassas, VA – March 26, 2007—GMRI, a PC Mall Gov Division, today announced that NASA has awarded GMRI one of its contracts on the $5.6 billion SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) IV government-wide contract.

GMRI has been awarded Category A: Computer System Classes, Class 1 Mass Storage Server portion. These computer systems will be used to run high-end hierarchical mass storage systems, storing and retrieving hundreds of gigabytes to tens of terabytes of data each day, 24 x 7.

The NASA SEWP GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) provides the latest in Information Technology (IT) products to all Federal Agencies. SEWP IV consists of thirty-seven Competed Prime Contract Holders. These contracts offer a vast selection and wide range of advanced technology, including UNIX, Linux and Windows based computer systems and servers along with peripherals, network equipment, storage devices and other IT products and product solutions, to all Federal Agencies and their authorized contractors.
