GMRI, a PC Mall Gov division based in Manassas, Virginia has been notified by their partner, All Points Logistics, LLC (APL), that the team has received an award under the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’) First Source solicitation.  The eleven awards, all issued to small businesses, are indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a 2-year base period and 3 one-year options.  Contract has a minimum earning potential of $5B using the combined total awards over the life of the contract.

The Contracting Officer recently announced that the First Source contract is to be a mandatory buying vehicle for all of DHS.
 
APL, a Tribal Small Business, and one of twelve such companies, wholly owned by Chickasaw Nation, Industries (CNI) and PC Mall Gov-GMRI will provide a full line of server, storage, desktop, laptop and supporting devices as well as niche products to support the unique requirements of the DHS Operating Groups.  These products are provided in accordance with the various Classes dictated by First Source from major manufacturers including Sun Microsystems, IBM, HP and Apple.
